In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "788wen", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 788wen platform and the legal entity operating it under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 788wen platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 788wen platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the 788wen website, mobile browser interface, and all associated games, sportsbook markets, cashier functions, and player tools accessible at 788wen.net.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible to be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures 788wen is obligated to apply under its international gaming license and anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary tool through which a player may request that their account be restricted or closed for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gaming purposes.

By accessing the 788wen Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players on the 788wen platform regardless of the device used to access it, the method of access, or the jurisdiction from which the platform is accessed. Pakistani players accessing 788wen via mobile browser — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or elsewhere — are subject to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read alongside 788wen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 788wen.

To be eligible to hold a 788wen account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum age requirement — no exceptions apply.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 788wen or any associated responsible gaming body.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds used to deposit are entirely your own.
5. You have not previously had a 788wen account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.

788wen enforces age verification as a license obligation. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by 788wen will result in account suspension and any pending withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 788wen platform. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address — must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• One Account Rule: Operating more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. This includes creating additional accounts after a prior account has been suspended or closed. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated using bonus funds will be voided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788wen Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 788wen is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. 788wen uses these details for account notifications, security alerts, and KYC communications. Outdated contact information that leads to missed security alerts is the player's responsibility.
• Account Currency: All 788wen accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This setting is fixed at registration and cannot be changed after account creation.

All financial transactions on the 788wen platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 788wen accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the 788wen cashier and are subject to change. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time subject to the banking hours of the relevant institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Balance must be fully met before the relevant bonus funds become withdrawable.
3. 788wen reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where transaction volumes or patterns trigger AML review procedures.
4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction apply and are displayed in the cashier.
5. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. 788wen does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

788wen does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside 788wen's control. It is your responsibility to check the applicable fees with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

788wen offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the validity period expires will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Welcome Bonus: The 788wen welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player is only entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus on a second account will constitute a breach of the One Account Rule in Section 4.
• Bonus Abuse: 788wen actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including, without limitation, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, coordinated multi-account play, and arbitrage betting. Where bonus abuse is identified, 788wen reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific game contribution weightings are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• PKR Denominations: All bonus amounts are stated and credited in PKR. Where a bonus offer references a matching percentage (e.g., 100% match up to Rs 20,000), the calculation is based on the qualifying deposit amount in PKR.

All games available on the 788wen platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The following principles govern game play on the 788wen platform:

• Random Number Generators (RNGs): All non-live casino games operate using certified random number generator technology that has been independently tested and approved by accredited gaming test laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the house or any third party.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the long-run statistical average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 788wen's system will complete any active round using the game's pre-determined RNG outcome. The result will be recorded and reflected in your account balance upon reconnection. 788wen is not responsible for disconnections arising from the player's internet connection or device.
• Voided Rounds: 788wen reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect payout being made. In such cases, the original staked amount will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• Sportsbook Rules: Bets placed on cricket, PSL matches, international fixtures, and other sportsbook markets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. These rules address settlement procedures, event cancellations, in-play market suspension, and other event-specific scenarios.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wen platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or previously unknown system error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live dealer tables, to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption in connection with sports markets available on the 788wen sportsbook.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent or broker for other individuals placing bets through your account.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied by 788wen or any associated responsible gaming body.

788wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of suspicious transaction patterns triggering AML review obligations.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filing by the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
• Identification that the account holder is under the age of 21.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 788wen will notify the account holder via the registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond to the specific concern raised, except where applicable law or license obligations prevent such disclosure.

Where an account is permanently closed due to breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach circumstances. Where closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to breach — including responsible gaming self-exclusion — the Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 788wen support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

788wen is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players on the platform. Responsible gaming is a core value at 788wen — not a regulatory formality — and the following tools and policies reflect that commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account from the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may enable session time alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play. These alerts are designed to encourage regular breaks and maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a short break from the platform may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player may not log in or place any bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts — doing so constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen reality check prompts at configurable intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) displaying session duration and net session result, giving a clear picture of gambling activity over time.

788wen enforces strict 21+ age verification on every account. Underage gambling is a serious concern and 788wen applies zero tolerance to any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21.

788wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. The following principles summarise 788wen's approach to player data:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, and the delivery of the 788wen service. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data — including deposit and withdrawal records — is retained for the minimum period required under 788wen's international gaming license and applicable AML obligations.
• Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data that is no longer required for its stated purpose, subject to the retention requirements imposed by 788wen's regulatory obligations.
• All data transmitted between your device and the 788wen platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology.

All intellectual property rights in the 788wen platform — including the website design, logo, brand name, software, game interfaces, graphics, text content, promotional materials, and any other original works — are the exclusive property of 788wen or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any 788wen intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 788wen platform or its content without the prior written consent of 788wen. Unauthorised use of 788wen intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

The game content available on the 788wen platform — including slots, live dealer game interfaces, and virtual sports graphics — is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and is governed by the terms of their own licensing agreements with 788wen.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wen excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 788wen platform.
• Any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or events outside 788wen's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from decisions made by the player on the basis of information displayed on the platform that later proves to have been affected by a technical error — subject to 788wen's voiding rights under Section 7.
• Any losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security as described in Section 4.
• Any losses arising from the player's use of third-party payment services, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, that are beyond 788wen's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Section 13 limits 788wen's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and 788wen in connection with your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter governed by these Terms & Conditions, the following procedure applies:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first submit a written complaint to 788wen support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the account and transaction details involved, and the resolution you are seeking. 788wen will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If 788wen's internal complaint process does not produce a resolution satisfactory to you, you have the right to escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution service designated by 788wen's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation mechanism are available in the licensing information section of the 788wen platform.
3. Records: 788wen maintains full records of all transactions, game rounds, bonus credits, and account activity for a minimum period of five (5) years. These records constitute the primary evidence base for dispute resolution purposes. In the event of a conflict between your recollection of events and 788wen's server records, the server records will be treated as authoritative.

788wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the terms, 788wen will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Continued use of the 788wen platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that is current at the date of any given transaction or gameplay session is the version that governs that specific activity. The current version number and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788wen holds its international gaming license. By accepting these terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.

Nothing in this governing law clause prevents 788wen from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the enforcement of its intellectual property rights and the prevention of fraud.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
